What is Artburst and how does it work?

Artburst connects artists looking to display and sell their work with high-traffic public spaces. Venues host the art, earn a commission on every sale, and customers discover unique local art through QR codes.

How do artists join and get their art displayed?

Artists can join by creating a profile and uploading their work through the platform. They can then reach out directly to venues to solicit their art, as well as receive requests from venues.

What venues are eligible?

Any public venues are able to participate, including cafes, retail shops, restaurants, medical facilities, hotels, salons, etc. If you have a blank wall or empty counter space, you have the potential to function as an art gallery or artisan gift shop!

What artists are eligible?

Any and all artists, ranging from ameauturs to professionals are welcome.

Are there any fees?

No! It is completely free to make an account and use the platform. There are no membership fees or payments required for either artists or venues. The platform takes a nominal percentage (roughly 5%) of each commission.

What type of Artwork is accepted?

We're launching with visual artists first to perfect the platform. This includes 2D wall art and 3D art pieces and artisan products that can be sold on a counter. Live performances, poetry, and other creative expressions are on our roadmap—join the waitlist to be first to know!"
